Start with what matters to you: a favorite activity, a movement goal, or a question about your health. Your consultation is a conversation about clinical fit—not a commitment to treatment.
A preparation checklist and space for your questions. No information is submitted online.
01
Write down the activities you enjoy, what has changed, and the questions you most want answered.
02
Bring a medication and supplement list, allergies, and relevant previous treatment or test information.
03
Confirm your appointment, any requested forms, costs, and whether you need specific preparation.
Do not stop or change prescribed medicines on your own. Ask your clinician for instructions specific to your health and the planned visit.
PRP TREATMENT & REGENERATIVE MEDICINE
Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is prepared from a sample of your own blood and contains a higher concentration of platelets. Whether it is appropriate depends on your diagnosis, health history, and the evidence for your condition.
Why is PRP being considered for me? What alternatives should I compare, and what outcome is realistic?
What should I expect? Which symptoms should prompt a call, and what written aftercare instructions apply to me?
When can I return to work, running, yoga, or the gym? What follow-up and rehabilitation plan fits my treatment?
PRP is not a guaranteed result or a universal preventive treatment. Discuss potential benefits, risks, alternatives, and cost with your clinician.

Talk With Our TeamREGEN360 PATIENT FAQs
No. You can begin with your questions and goals. A clinician can evaluate your situation, explain appropriate options, and discuss alternatives before you decide whether to proceed.
Bring your health history, current medicines and supplements, relevant records, and a short list of questions. Confirm any specific instructions with the team before your visit. Do not change prescribed medication on your own.
Recovery and return to activity vary with the condition, body area, and care plan. Ask for individualized written instructions and a follow-up plan rather than relying on a general online timeline.
Not necessarily. A treatment plan should reflect your diagnosis, response, preferences, and clinical judgment. Discuss the proposed number of visits, expected milestones, alternatives, and total cost before proceeding.
Ask the team for an estimate and confirm coverage directly with your insurer before treatment. Do not assume a consultation, PRP procedure, wellness service, or follow-up will be covered. Ask what each quoted fee includes.
