SMS Terms
These terms apply only to our optional consultation and scheduling text-message program.
Our SMS program
ReGen360 is a brand of Pain Relief Institute, and this SMS program is operated by that same business.
ReGen360 uses the shared number 847-243-6041 to acknowledge consultation requests, follow up about scheduling, and answer questions about a request or appointment scheduling.
When you choose the SMS consent checkbox on our consultation form, you agree to receive automated text messages and conversational replies about your request. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of receiving services.
Message frequency and costs
You may receive up to two automated messages per consultation request, plus conversational replies when you respond. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
Opt out or get help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from text messages. You will receive one confirmation of your opt-out, and no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Privacy and appropriate use
See our Privacy Policy for information about how we handle your information. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in and consent records are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Service providers may process this information solely to deliver and support our messaging program.
Please use text messages for consultation and scheduling questions. Avoid sending medical details or other sensitive information by SMS.
Message delivery
Message delivery depends on your wireless provider and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
